- Purpose Statement
- Nature of the Study
- Central Research Question and Interview Questions (qualitative) or Research Question(s) and Hypotheses (quantitative)

- Significance of the Study
- Review of the Professional and Academic Literature
- Minimum of 10 peer-reviewed references
