neglect and manslaughter of her four
year
old son Hamzah Khan. The boys mummified
remains were found in his cot in September 2011, two years after his death in the squalid
flat where other children were living
One of the key functions of the Safeguarding
Childrens Board is to ensure that there are
multi-agency policies and procedures for safeguarding and promoting the welfare of
children. This includes dealing with allegations against people who work with children and
