In this practical, you will be examining some of the properties of skeletal muscle.
PREPARATORY SESSION
Objectives:
• To gain a basic understanding of the background theory and dissection of nerve-muscle preparation
• To gain a basic understanding of how the apparatus operates
• To understand the purpose of the calibration and record the calibration constant
