For this assignment, you will need to determine whether you should use the Mean Z-test or Mean t-test worksheet, since you are asked to find the 95% confidence interval about the mean and conduct a test about the mean. These videos are also available in the Week 7 and 8 Instructor Insights folders, along with topic specific videos.
Once you have the results of your hypothesis test, you can determine if you need to address (a) or (b) of part 5. If you fail to reject the null (p-value is GREATER than significance level), you do not have support for the alternative hypothesis. If you reject the null (p-value is SMALLER than significance level), you have evidence the alternative hypothesis is true.
