Assessment is a very important element that supports a team in the spirit of continuous improvement. In DocSharing, you will find the 360-Degree Assessment form to use for this assignment. You will have some levels of criteria to assess not only yourself, but your teammates as well. Once you have completed the form, submit it to the Unit 4 Dropbox.

Please include yourself in your rating.
