Here is your assignment: The first section of this paper will define servant leadership. You are also required to discuss four or more servant leadership components and provide examples. The second section of this paper will concentrate on how servant leadership compares/contrasts to other contemporary styles of leadership (i.e. participative). You are required to compare and contrast a minimum of four other contemporary styles of leadership and compare and contrast each style of leadership with servant leadership. The third section of this paper will be a personal audit of your servant leadership characteristics/skills. For example, what professional (regardless if employed in a healthcare leadership role) or personal behaviors have you demonstrated that operationalize this concept? If you have few examples, do not fret; that will only give you more to write about in the last part of this paper. In the final section of this paper… you will discuss what your goals are to become a better servant leader…as a student, as an employee/employer in your profession/job and as an individual within the community. Finally, you are required to complete an emotional intelligence assessment.
