Use the library to read Moerrer-Urdahl and Creswell’s 2004 article, “Using Transcendental Phenomenology to Explore the ‘Ripple Effect’ in a Leadership Mentoring Program,” from International Journal of Qualitative Methods, volume 3, issue 2, pages 1–28.
