a) Draw a flowchart and write pseudo code algorithms to solve the problem above. The program is basically requires the user to input a group’s name and the number of minutes used. Calculate and display the charges and accumulate the total charges for all groups. Clear the textbox when Clear’scommand button is clicked and quit from the program when Exit’s command button is clicked.
b) Develop an interface for this problem.
