– given a string of nucleotides, returns the # of genes
– given a string of nucleotides, find all the genes and return a 2D array with the following features for each gene
– GC content
– translated AA string
– GC content
– hash table of AA counts
NOTE: these functions can call one another
2) demonstrate the use of your module by writing a script that
– takes input from files
– imports your Perl module functions
– prints the input and output for each function
