This final project is designed for you to create a productivity plan for a specific job/process. In completing this plan refer back to the comments made on your assignments, the online lectures and the discussion board area for input and inspiration.
The project should contain:
A brief but complete explanation of the process and a graphical model of the process. (10 pts)
Identify two internal factors and two external factors that affect the process. Explain how they influence the process. (10 pts)
Specifically explain how the process should be measured and identify a productive level and unproductive level. (10 pts)
Identify a plan to increase productivity and justify your choice. (10 pts)
Explain how you will sell you plan to management and to the employees. (10 pts)

Citations should have references.
Topic sentences should introduce the paragraph’s content.
Formatting should be consistent through the document.
