1. Consider your organization or an organization you research (provide the URL to the organization). Identify ways to handle conflict within the workplace that may occur with individuals from different cultures.

2. As a leader, what things must you consider when dealing with a conflict of this nature, and what steps would you take to deal with the conflict? Practical Application: Describe a conflict you handled in your professional life. How did you respond to someone challenging your viewpoint? What are some best practices for dealing with conflict in this type of situation (be sure to share specific recommendations).

3. Identify two effective de-escalation techniques that impact leadership decision-making in a global society. Describe how they are applied in the organizational structure.
