Abstract

Global warming can affect the human beings and all the species on earth very seriously. Lack of pure water, lack of fresh and clean water, threats for the marine life, threats for the birds, threats for the polar bears these all are very drastic conditions which can leave the earth towards the destruction. Green houses contributing a lot in this factors so there is a need to minimize the use of greenhouse as much as possible because the fossil fuels are just a disturbing factor for earth’s. It is disturbing the lives of human population as well as lives of other species on earth. There are needs to be some fundamental solutions for this issue to allocate the causes effects and the solution applications with true means. It is very necessary to survive the life on earth, on glaciers, in the sky and in the sea. Above mentioned can prove helpful in lowering the effects of global warming.

This topic is selected from the proposal argument section is “GLOBAL WARMING”. Global warming has widely used the topic in today’s era. It is a vast topic on which everyday research is arising. With this topic, the emission of carbon dioxide from fossil fuels, increasing pollution, the sustainability of the earth in the near future are also under discussion. Technological powers that are emerging nowadays are also affecting the earth a lot.

Global warming is the scenario in which the temperature of the earth rises above the limited level and is not under control. The greenhouse is also a big reason to emit the radiations for global warming. It is displayed by the different measurements of temperature and many different climate measures tools to detect it. It is basically increasing in the air and the temperature of the oceans. The main causes are greenhouse gases from the modern era of diverse technology. The industrial economy is quite responsible for this and is increasing day by day. The effects of this climate change can be the low level of oxygen in the marine, disturbance in the marine life, drastic for the human beings, threats for the polar bears, the threats for the arctic regions, the rising sea levels, the regional changes, etc.

The purpose of this paper is to give a background of global warming, to give a problem statement and to propose the solutions for the problems. Steam powers, automatic motors, etc. are all contributing to the emission of rays that are making the environment warm. The air in which we breathe is getting contaminated and it is not pure at all. Something should be done to minimize global warming and to minimize the effects of global warming.

There are so many effects of global warming. Rising sea levels, glaciers melting, warming of the surface of the ocean, the effect of the global warming on the respiratory system, high levels of marine heat, threats for the polar bears, warming in the Mediterranean sea, reduced level of oxygen on the sea levels, fresh water is getting rare because of global warming, agricultural land is getting poor, are all the problems arising due to the global warming and are discussed in this paper.

The objective of this study to find out the reasons that are contributing to global warming and to find out the solutions to the problem. Global warming is affecting the human population as well as the birds, the species living on the glacier are also affected by this. In this paper all the scenarios that are contributing to the global warming are discussed and their solutions as well. And many scientists proposed many solutions for this problem like the United Nations Framework Convention on Climate Change (UNFCCC) strained to solve this problematic situation but their hard work went wrong. There was proposed a method polished capital that focuses on short term climate changes but it also failed. Many people call it a serious problem. In 2015 a global survey showed that 54% of people responded to the global warming condition as a very serious problem. And they said that it will affect their lives but the Americans and the Chinese were not interested.

Different kind of research methodologies is used in this paper, for example, qualitative research methodologies and scholarly articles, different kind of books and the data obtained from trusted online resources. The data gathered is depicting the true concept of global warming.

While the other planets in the solar system are throwing hot and cold lights, the earth surface is also responsible for the hot waves and causing global warming. Many scientists claim that earth has changed the earth environment in a great way and they are responsible for global warming on the earth. The natural greenhouse effect prevents the earth from producing the colds and freezing temperatures and the human-produced greenhouse is responsible for global warming. Greenhouse gases are emitted because of the fossil fuels and the gases methane, oxides of nitrogen and carbon dioxides are releasing that are not good for the earth (Van Vuuren, 2015).

Global warming is affecting the marine life as well. Ecological life is also getting disturbed because of global warming. When the heat explodes the corals on the reefs begin to die immediately. It is affecting all the pollutions living on the earth (Hughes, 2018).

The marine heat wave is a process in which the heat extends in the sea several kilometers and it creates difficulty for the species in the sea. Many species are dying because of this in the sea. From 2008 to 2016 this heat wave is doubling in numbers. (Frölicher, 2018).

There is so much effect of global warming on the Mediterranean Sea and it is affecting the human population. Mediterranean is considered as the most vulnerable area from the whole world. There will be more and more chances of the biological and ecological changes due to this factor. (González‐Alemán, 2019).

It is prepared in the IOS working group. in this paper, the effects of global warming on the sea life is discussed in a way that it is reducing the oxygen levels in the sea and the species in the sea are fighting for the life (Breitburg, 2018).

The melting of glaciers because of global warming is also a vast area to discuss. This global warming condition is affecting the glaciers a lot and the earth is getting hard to live in it. This can prove very fatal for the earth and its populations (Kronenberg, 2016).

It is getting hard for the polar bears to stay in the arctic regions because in summers the ice is melting and they are migrating from those places. It is getting very tough for them to sustain life there (Egunyu, 2018). Polar bears are migrating towards the other areas because if place will not be suitable for their living, they will definitely migrate to the other one.

Freshwater resources are getting way too much hard for living beings. The fresh water is important for the fish as well as for human beings but it is getting very rare to attain fresh water (Firkus, 2018). This is very serious problem because if the fresh water is not available then the diseases will be more enhances in human beings as well as for the other species too.

The economic impact of global warming on land is discussed in this paper. Agricultural land is disturbed widely due to global warming and agricultural products are getting affected by it (Sadiq, 2018). If the agricultural land is not available or if the land is not suitable for the harvesting then it will be tough to grow the crops. Level of production and quality of food is decreasing due to ineffective temperature and environment. Moreover, excessive temperature and other environmental issues have decreased fertility level from soil that is not good for agriculture.

The respiratory system of human beings is disturbed a lot and this factor was discussed in this paper elaborately. Global warming is creating issues in human beings and their lungs are getting affected by it (Huang, 2018). Respiratory problems can cause serious effects. There are numerous disease and health issues that global warming and its harmful gases bring for people. Ling disease, heart issues, respiratory diseases and skin problems are common diseases that are increasing due to global warming and its increasing negative effects.

There can be following solutions for the reduction of global warming. These are as follows: Firstly, Renewable energies can be a good source to minimize the global warming and the consumption of fossil fuels can be minimized. Secondly, Energy and water efficiency is another factor. Usage of LED light bulbs, and the innovative showers are also good options. Thirdly, Sustainable transportation can prove good in changing the climate. The mobility of hydrogen and electronic mobility can decrease the co2 and hence less emission of the harmful rays. Fourthly, Sustainable infrastructure for example low energy buildings need to be built. Lastly, Agriculture and forest management is required for example it is necessary to stop the agricultural cutting of land and forests. Recycling should be practiced in clothing’s, cosmetics, bags etc. to prevent the earth from the debris of garbage.

In conclusion Global warming is disturbing the earth drastically. The purpose of this paper was to give a background of global warming, to give a problem statement and to propose the solutions for the problems.
