What are the fundamental concepts shared by IDEO (and the founder David Kelly) in the video we watched in class. How did this help you better understand the process of creativity? How can you use what you learned in the video and in class so far this semester when you are creating your Letter “E” project?

How do both of these concepts work together to create a creative process? Reference 3 resources (handouts, presentations, readings, discussions, brain dumps, etc.) to illustrate the usefulness and difference.
