For your initial post in this discussion, reflect on your experiences, the course readings, and the families in later life you have interacted with. Summarize your current level of expertise with families in later life concerning the following questions:
What are some of the causes, consequences, and solutions to ageism?
What is your response to the statement that “You are only as old as you feel”? Do you agree or disagree? What are some of the things that influence how old we feel?
