Heat does not pass through some gasses well at all (CO2, methane, fertilizers and CFC?s to name a few-CO2 being a major factor). As the concentration of these gasses increase, less and less heat is allowed to escape into space. Like a greenhouse, these gasses allow light in but do not allow heat out, resulting in increasing global temperatures. How are humans contributing to the greenhouse effect? Explain.
