The group is a young gay man group
Describe explain and assess the exercises activities or rounds.
Include two that you plan to use in the beginning stage of the group three that you will use during the middle stage and two that you will use at the end of the group.
Describe the activities in enough detail so a reader can envision what will happen.
Explain the rationale for the activities. Be sure to explain how these exercises fit the needs of the group at a particular stage.
Assess these activities from a real-world standpoint by putting yourself in the position of a group member. Describe how you would respond to the activities. What are the challenges and how can you overcome them to make the activities succeed? To answer this you can draw on your experience of observing a group session at the beginning of the course.
Week 2 Application instructions
For this Application Assignment you are to write a 3- to 4-page paper on the concept of nurses as knowledge workers. Reflect on your own practices and review your reading from this week. Make sure to refer to your Application Assignments Rubric prior to submission. Then address the following:
Select one of the following nursing work environments: clinical education administration or research and describe how nurses manage knowledge in the context of that work environment.
Consider how you have managed change in your workflow as a result of using some form of computer-based information technology. (If you do not use computer-based information technology select another kind of information technology.)
Then provide at least one example of an information technology you use today that at one point you previously did not utilize (perhaps last year or in a previous employment).
Summarize how this information technology has impacted your practice of nursing. (If you do not use any computer-based information technology in your practice review the media presentation and readings for this week and select at least one type of computer-based information technology.) Discuss how you would use this technology and how this technology could influence your work.
Include an analysis of how this form of information technology impacts the profession of nursing.
Support your response with the information presented in readings from professional nursing literature and the Learning Resources. Refer to the Application Assignment Rubric prior to submission.
This Application Assignment is due by Day 7 of Week 2.

2. ALL CAPS as the running head on sheets 2 and forward. The words Running head are only written on the cover sheet.
3. The paper written in Times New Roman 12 font.

b. The reference list is written in alphabetical order by the last name of the author.
c. The in text citations must match the reference list. If Smith and Jones (2013) is used in the paper then this reference must be on the reference list and in the same order for the authors e.g.
Smith F. & Jones J. (2013). Education of children with childhood obesity. Journal of
Pediatric Nursing 66 (2) 25-32.
d. Web site example

11. The punctuation is written after the citation.
