Write an 800- to 1,050-word paper responding to the following:

• Identify and describe the stages of team development.
• How might stronger team skills benefit you? How might you use teamwork skills in your job? Provide specific examples.
• What is it like to participate in a virtual meeting, such as web-based, teleconference, and so forth?
• Describe three ways in which this type of participation is different from participating in a face-to-face meeting.

Format your assignment according to appropriate course-level APA guidelines. Instructor Note:  To meet APA reqirements for this paper you should have :

a.  Separate Title page

b.  A reference page.  Separate and alphabetized.

c.  The body of the paper should have at least 4 Sub-titles for 4 sections.  See the 4 bullet points in the assignment, those are the sub-titles.  Just copy and paste, or summarize the title, i.e. Stages of Team Development.

d.  When you use information, such as the stages of teamdevelopment from our text YOU MUST USE AN IN TEXT CITATION to give credit to the original author.  There are several ways to do this but one good one is to use this format at the end of a list or paragraph(aurthor, date).  Be sure to have the reference on your reference sheet as well.
