The second portion of your report is to describe how a consultation plan for Önding and training effective leaders. Make sure you consider all aspects of this process as it will affect many employees including whether leaders will be sought from within the company, or if it is necessary or preferable to seek new leaders from outside the current corporate structure. Describe how you will base your recommendations and how it will improve the company. Remember, you are writing this paper as a plan- a course of action. As such, it is imperative that you include an actionable list for the client to quickly view upon receipt of this paper. The actionable list should include all steps that you, as an IO Psychologist, recommend the client organization take in order to facilitate the positive growth their organization seeks. The items on the actionable list should be explained in-depth within the text of your paper. Make sure you back up your claims with research (i.e., make sure you have at least two references).
