I have a saying that discipline equals freedom. The more disciplined you are with your time and the management of that time the more freedom you have to do the things you enjoy. I usually fall asleep around 11 pm an get up between 4:30 and 5 am. I get after it (hitting the gym) then I start the work day with vitality and enthusiasm.
