1.5 Method overview
Briefly describe the methodologies and methods (data collection and analysis) that will be used to conduct the study. The research design chosen for this study is qualitative case study. Data collection will be carried out using a questionnaire. All 14 eligible questionnaires will be organized for thematic analysis by the researcher. .
