Ideally I would like to discuss an ergonomic (human factors issue) issue regarding travel as a passenger on a railway in Australia. In addition, I believe the XPT (passenger train) used to have doors that could be opened in transit resulting in the death of a passenger who mistook the door as an internal egress.
