area according to the literature (what does the literature argue makes for poor listening skills or poor public speaking skills, for example?);
using the literature to support your claims, outline the grounds on which you believe it is your key weakness (e.g. provide observational evidence from your life and link it to the literature);
suggest strategies for further improving this skill based on best practice recommendations
