b. “Tragedy of the Commons” by Garrett Hardin
c. BOTH are available on D2L in the “general resources” module under the “content” tab
2) Read the article
a. Take notes while reading the article
b. Identify key issues discussed in class (e.g. sustainability, relationship between climate and biomes, basic economic concepts and their relationship to population dynamics, environmental justice, biodiversity, sustainable economic, social, and political methods, etc.)
3) Prepare to write an essay outlining these issues
a. Think about how you will organize your thoughts
