“Diversity in the Workplace and Work-Life Balance” Please respond to the following:

• Identify and define the law in regards to discrimination and protections under Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964.  Determine which identified class, protected by Title VII, had the greatest impact on the workforce of the 20^th century and explain your reasons for your answer.  Which protected class will have the greatest impact on the workforce of the 21^st century – explain your answer.
