Using the classification of negative events presented in diagram 8 of the textbook select a negative event that has caused a crisis in an organisation, or an entire sector of the tourism and hospitality industry (e.g. hotels, the restaurant sector, etc.) or a tourism destination (e.g. country, region, city, etc.). Conduct an analysis of the crisis and its impact on the selected organisation, industry sector or the chosen destination. In your report you must identify:

c.how the crisis affected the image of the organisation/industry sector/destination
d.how the crisis impacted the competiveness of the examined organisation, industry sector or a destination
e.how the organisation/industry sector/destination responded to the crisis, including your assessment of the effectiveness of this response
f.management implications including specific recommendations for the analysed organisation, industry sector or the destination
