Mini Case: Assume you are hired as the marketing manager for a new minor league baseball team that will be located in Green Bay Wisconsin, the Green Bay Bass (as in the fish, bass which is plentiful in Northern Wisconsin). The team will be the minor league team associated with the major league team, the Milwaukee Brewers. Develop a very brief integrated marketing communications plan.
(A) First, write a recommendation of who the target market should be. Provide a complete description (demographics, psychographics, attitudes, and how they decide among entertainment choices) and rationale.
(B) You must use exactly one form of each of the following categories of media. Label the category of media, choose a very specific media within each category, explain why you choose that specific form of media and briefly explain how you will use it. Be as specific as possible. Do not say just “magazines” but mention the specific magazine. Each media category should be answered within 2 to 5 sentences.
Here’s a media category example:
“Traditional Media:
Television Ads: We will advertise on the Cartoon Network’s Aqua Teen Hunger Force cartoon because it targets 15-29 year old men who are part of our target. We will make a regional ad purchase through local Cable TV providers so that we can target just Northern Wisconsin.
