02 Jul BASED ON THE PREMISE THAT DEVELOPMENT PROCESSES NEED TO CHANGE TO BECOME MORE SUSTAINABLE THAN THEY CURRENTLY ARE, STUDENTS ARE ASKED TO PRESENT A WELL ARGUED AND SUBSTANTIATED RATIONAL FOR A CHANGE IN THE CURRENT PROPERTY DEVELOPMENT PROCESS IN WESTERN AUSTRALIAN, OR SOME OTHER NOMINATED HOME JURISDICTION.
Based on the premise that development processes need to change to become more sustainable than they currently are, students are asked to present a well argued and
substantiated rational for a change in the current property development process in Western Australian, or some other nominated home jurisdiction.
This argument can draw from the ideas and examples presented in-group assignments 1 and 2, the lecture series, or as a reflection of the students own research and
interests.
