Select a healthcare organization of your choice such as Kaiser Permanente Veterans Health Administration TRICARE Cleveland Clinic etc. and provide a brief introduction including the organization mission long or short term goals and cost cutting strategies.
Gather as much information about the program as possible since the remainder of the Session Long Project will focus upon information specific to the program.
NOTE: The rationale for this assignment is to provide an opportunity for you to look deeper into a healthcare organization and its delivery of healthcare services including its leadership and its strategy in complying with being an Accountable Care Organization and complying with the Affordable Care Act of 2010.

You will be evaluated on your understanding of the organization you selected long and short term goals and objectives and its strategy.
