Locate an economic evaluation article in a health care journal (i.e. JAMA JAPhA BMJ). The title of the article must contain the words cost effectiveness and refer to an economic evaluation. Use your article to briefly answer the following questions (3-page maximum). Attach a copy of the article used for this assignment.

Sample Selection: Is there a statistical determination of the sample size included in the study?
Data Collection: Is the article a prospective or a retrospective study?
Time Horizon: Is the time horizon long enough to capture all the differential effects of the alternatives?
Adjustments for Timing of Costs and Outcomes: Is the discount rate indicated in the study and the choice of rate justified? Are both costs and outcomes discounted?
Sensitivity Analysis: Is there uncertainty about the validity of cost and outcomes in the study? Did the authors perform a sensitivity analysis?
Ethics: Is there any ethical concern discussed in the study? In your opinion should any ethical concern be discussed in the study? Why?
Conclusions: Are the conclusions justifiable and in accordance with the results of the study? Are the conclusions generalizable to all patients?
Overall Opinion: What is your overall opinion about the quality of the article? Explain?
