Categories of Human Rights
Human rights refer to globally defined principles that explain fundamental rights and freedoms which human beings are entitled to, despite their colour, race or creed. As a matter of fact, the concept of human rights has never depended on award through human power and can therefore claim no enforceable might in both local and international courts of justice (Clapham et al., 339). Therefore, human rights exist in distinct categories which foster harmony and easier understanding among the citizens of the world.
Civil and Political Rights

Economic and Social Rights
