We did a series of 12 fractions (W1-W6 and E1-E6). We did each of those fractions in triplicate. I dont know how to scale up the data I got in order to plot on my elution/activity profline. For example In W1 I used 50ul of sample and saw an absorbance of 0.349.. I have constructed a BSA curve in order to extrapolate the ug of protein for each trial. But after that I am confused on how to scale up my quantities. The acual question I am tyring to answer is listed below: Referring to the triplicate Bradford assay data for the E3 fraction What sample volumes did you use in the assays and what microplate absorbance values did you record? Show how you calculated the total amount of protein and the standard deviation for the E3 fraction that you plotted on your combined elution/activity profile. Show less
