Each team member must select a different classic mistake, and all four categories of classic mistakes must be represented. That is, at least one classic mistake from each category must be covered by the entire team. Each person on the team will write up his/her contribution separately and submit the document to the individual drop-box for this module. For each mistake, discuss its characteristics in relation to your experiences; from your project/practicum, other assignment work you have done or a suitable example drawn from your work experience. For each mistake, include the following in your discussion: • Name of the classic mistake • Category of the classic mistake • Describe the context within which the mistake occurred • Describe why the mistake occurred • Describe the impact that this mistake had on your work • Describe how this mistake could have been avoided through the use of one or more best practices.
