2.(a) 0n the 1st of June 2013, Ann writes to Bill and offers to sell Bill her red Toyota Yaris motor vehicle for £3000 and says he must write back to her if he wants to buy the car. On the 6th of June 2013 Bill posts a letter to Ann accepting the offer, the letter is properly addressed and properly posted .The letter never arrives. On the 12th of June 2013 Ann informs Bill that she has changed her mind and says she no longer wants to sell the car. With reference to legal authority, discuss whether there is a contract between Ann and Bill. (30%) AND
