The first full paragraph of the paper will demonstrate your ability to summarize this argument and to respond with a thesis; next, in the body of the paper, you’ll demonstrate your ability to analyze and respond, shedding light on your read of Boddie’s article for your audience. Audience: a reader who doesn’t know Boddie’s argument. Keep this reader in mind as you write and revise.
