Issues in the Law: Select an issue/case involving Psychology and the law
from the list below. You will be playing the role of a) a jury, or b) a
professional panel, depending on the issue. You will be given several “amicas
briefs” compiled by the APA. These briefs will address your issue, as well as
give you the background of the defining case, the APA’s stance, and the actual
decision that was made in the case. You may use any/all/some of the briefs in
