You need to add two circuits called AluControl and MainControl (slide 38 and 43 in Chapter 5-1). I also attached a picture of Full Datapath which supports R-Type and Load/Store. You can use it to complete your main circuit. Your edit your instruction memory with the following instruction

Start the clock. It should be able to load two values from memory 0 and 1. Add together and save in memory 2.
