Have to give a speech on bugs me.(2 and half minute)

I have a scratch what are the things that bugs me, but i think it is not grammatically correct.

1)Somebody come to me start a conversation and when you start to talk interrupt many times saying i know, i know.

2)If somebody needs help they come to you saying i really did not need this but if you don’t mind helping me.

well for example: When i was a freshman year, right next to my dorm room there happened to be a guy who has the same major and from same country. well we became friend after couple of days. Both of us didn’t have a car to ride anywhere. later on i bought a car so that it was easier to drive around the college to go to the store and sometimes someplace work related. One day he came to me and said he needed to take the driving test so asked me to help him to teach how to drive and the thing was he knows nothing about driving. I said  okay so we went for a drive the other day. i was on the passenger seat, i let him drive, told him all the necessary things he is supposed to do then he started driving, couples of days of driving he made many mistakes as everybody else does but once he got better he said it’s nothing it’s easy because i already did ride on the highway while i was in Virginia. i said oh then from next day i avoided him.

3)Another thing that really bugs me is when someone at work does not do their job even though they know they have to do before they leave and next day when you remind them about what they didn’t do and i was supposed to finish it then they answer oh i think i did it. well they are not bad or anything wrong with them other time they just act nice people and next day you remind them at last minute to do their jobs and they answered well i guess then that really upset me and these kinds of things bugs me.

For this paper it need to be add and correct a lot the speech has to be 2 and half minutes long.
