- Explain how the relationship between motivational strategies and foundational organizational elements such as values, mission, and vision assist in the accomplishment of your organization’s objectives. Present a detailed explanation of this relationship or lack thereof. Based on the motivational literature, include specific recommendations for improvement of the organization’s motivational strategies along with explanations for your recommendations.
- Discuss how your organization’s motivational strategies are consistent with one or more of the motivational theories present in the motivational literature. Provide rationale and examples to support your opinion.
