I choose participation because this is basically a partnership between government agencies and businesses. I believe its best because generally speaking in a partnership no one is over stepping or overpowering the other. Surly their are advantages to other models but this one plays out to be the best in my understanding. another reason is because participation can lead into a wide variety of things like interest groups or lobbying efforts. Different business sectors and or government agencies can participate together, or against each other for that matter, to accomplish something. That is why it is realist to me, because thats what people do, weather as groups or individuals; in fact thats what will happen in this class. In groups we are to participate on an ethics presentation and paper to reach a common goal. Nothing is more realistic then that.
