- As a manager, would you consider yourself to be McGregor’s Theory X or Theory Y? Explain.
- Adam’s Equity Theory discusses treating employees fairly. How would you feel if you performed the same amount of work as someone with more years of experience, but he or she was paid more than you? Would you approach your supervisor about this dilemma? Explain.
