One skill that the manager possess was human skills; the soft skills of connecting and interacting with people. We would have meetings about this and it was one of the most important thing to do. The children would be in the hands of the caregivers most of the day, everyday, all week. Parents would want to know who their child’s day been. They would want to know how much food the child ate, if any. Especially, if there was an accident or incident that occured that day.
