For each learning: summarize what you have learned and address the “so what” question; that is, explain in what ways the learning is important to your personal and professional development and what likely will change for you, and for others, when you move new learning about leadership into practice. Drill down into the specifics of what you have learned and how it likely will shape the leader you aspire to be.
