You can also search “IRB” on the main page to locate it. The link is at the bottom of the page and is labelled “RESEARCH PROTOCOL REVIEW FORM”. You can make up the information on the form, though it is suggested that you be thinking about what you want to do for your mock proposal due near the end of the course, and use that information to complete the IRB form. That way you will have already started on that assignment as well. A very important thing to note is that ALL BLANKS MUST BE ANSWERED.
