As you consider the four supervisory approaches — directive control, directive informational, collaborative, and non-directive, which of these will you engage as you sit down with Ms. Gray at the end of the day? What made you choose the particular behavior? What will be your next steps with Ms. Gray?

The initial posting should be a statement of your point of view on the question, supported by the required readings.
