Explain how these characteristics will allow you to guide educate inform and influence others to manage change in the field of public service.
Evaluate how your leadership attributes will serve to help you build and maintain strong relationships with others in the community.
Identify and evaluate the main tenets of ethical leadership including the manner in which those tenets guide effective leadership in the field of public service.
Evaluate the tenets of diversity and inclusion in the field of public service and the need to incorporate those tenets into effective public service leadership.
Analyze how your personal and academic experiences will contribute to and guide your development as an effective leader. (Hint: you may want to review the Scholar-Practitioner model.)
