Part 2 of this paper should include the recommendation for strategies for talent development and performance management for your organization. Defend your proposal, include a cost / benefit analysis of your proposal. Be sure to include specific references to personal experiences. The length of the Applied Summary Paper should be ten pages in length. (10 pages of content – this does not include your title page or your references page). Include a references page and cite sources within paper.
