Write a paper to evaluate the legal and ethical issues relevant to your problem and potential solutions. As you are starting to put together a solution for the organization, both a primary and alternative solution will be explored. Understanding potential legal issues requires understanding not only the laws of the country in which the business is operating in, but also laws such as state and local laws.

Ethical issues requires understanding not only certain laws, but also the culture that surrounds the business and geographical area that the business is located within When analyzing the legal and ethical concerns are there compliance issues for the selected organization that needs to be addressed? For example, if the proposed solution requires storage of customer data, who will have access to the data? How will the data be safeguarded to prevent unauthorized access? In your paper, respond to the following:

• Provide a high level overview of what the proposed solutions are for the organization including the primary and alternative solution.
• Address at least two (2) legal considerations when providing potential solutions to the problem.
• Elaborate on a minimum of two (2) ethical concerns when providing potential solutions to the problem.
• Identify two (2) key training areas for employees that will need to be addressed with the proposed solutions.
• How do the proposed solutions factor in potential changes to the organization? For example, what happens if the organization grows, establishes new locations, takes on a new product lines and how do potential changes factor into legal and ethical concerns?
• Address any departments within the organization or outside entities that may need to evaluate the proposed solution. For example, if the organization has a legal department or outside firm that may need to give further guidelines on legal considerations.

Support your paper with at least three (3) resources. In addition to these specified resources, other appropriate scholarly resources, including older articles, may be included. Your paper should demonstrate thoughtful consideration of the ideas and concepts that are presented in the course and provide new thoughts and insights relating directly to this topic. Your response should reflect scholarly writing and current APA standards.
