2. Forecasting is important relative to capacity requirements planning. Discuss the merits of using judgment methods (i.e., qualitative data) in contrast to quantitative forecasting methods. Which methods do you consider to be superior or more accurate? In what forecast situations would you use judgment methods?  In what situations would you use a quantitative approach to forecasting? Provide examples for each method.
