Explain why this solution was chosen.
How you would balance the ethical issues that are involved.
Support this solution with solid evidence.
What are the implications of that recommendation and what method of evaluation do you suggest to measure the success/failure of the recommendation?
Conclusion. You should include a conclusion that briefly summarizes what was presented in the paper.
The conclusion should not include any new or additional information.
