Part of being an effective, ethical leader means being able to interpret data and use it to make informed decisions. Using data to support decision making often strengthens yours explanation of your decisions to the stakeholders involved. Typically all organizations have codes of ethics by which they govern their decisions and conduct. This week’s assignment requires you to create a professional code of ethics. This discussion helps you prepare for the Week Four assignment by exploring and analyzing various codes of ethics from various educational institutions.
